Communication needs improvement. Scheduling also needs work. This was a big job but did not seem a priority. Offer of loaner not made till well into process.

As the job continued to present unforeseen issues we were challenged by the parts availability, which is the reason for some extended lengths of non-communication. It was not because we were not keeping you as a priority, it was due to the fact that we had nothing to report. We apologize for the late loaner offer, it was our assumption you knew that one was available at any time, and we should have offered a vehicle previous to the start of the service. As jobs become more than we expect it does put challenges on work load management, but we will be sure that we focus in that area so that we can service our customers to the best of our ability.
