when i bring our cars in for repair, the job is done properly and honestly, i believe. interesting to note that they usually find something else wrong with the car, which is verifiable and ultimately needs to be repaired also. they do not charge for estimates for repair, unlike the dealers, who charge an hourly rate just to assess a situation.
