This is a classic bait and switch car service operation. They are very friendly, charge high prices for the work that was requested (estimates are always significantly lower than the reality) and then try to upsell other high price services. "You don't have to take care of this, but if it was my car, I would certainly take care of it!" Their work is good so I hope they get the message. For now, however, buyer beware!
