Great service and quick, All mechanics were in clean uniform, My cherry / like New 10 year old Lexus was spotless after the work was done. !!! Cant say enough about this Team of Great guys / and as you look around and see the old guys there, Remember they tough these young great mechanics everything they know.. thank for being their for me Team. I am a car guy; "a gear head" according to my friends. I posses enough car knowledge to be a good judge of honesty, accuracy, and fair service pricing. Trust matters when it comes to repair and maintenance on my personal and business vehicles. I have only lived in Chatham for a short time and really like what I have found in the GV Garage team. I will be a repeat customer!

Ignition still very hard to turn. Exactly the same.

Thank you for the review Mrs Packie. We realize the newer cylinder is tighter than the old one which failed and we didn't see anything of concern after double checking the part. We checked to see if the new ignition cylinder was upgraded to be tighter than old design b/c of its historic failure rate & it has not been. The new part did not appear to be defective, but we are happy to replace it again under full warranty if there is any question.
