Thanks for fitting me in, and and thanks for getting the car fixed so well. As I mentioned to Pat on Friday and then in response to Mike's question on Saturday, we have to plan better for the return of the car. This is two times in a row that the call came so late in the day that I either had to re-schedule something else to be able to get it back (last time) or find a friend to help me pick it up on Saturday (this time).
Thank you for the response and the input. We will make sure that we have a better strategy planned out in the future.
